Series of cardboard jigsaw puzzles, all in a 200+ piece format and listing four titles on the back of the box. As these four titles vary slightly between different puzzles, it is not yet known the full extent of the series. The first example shown here, that of "The Lake District", listed three further titles, those of:
Cottages at Leek Wootton; The White Cliffs; Windsor Castle from the Long Walk
In contrast, an example of the "Windsor Castle from the Long Walk" puzzle has been seen which listed its three companion puzzles as being: Cottages at Leek Wootton; Highlands of Scotland; Devon, Glorious Devon.
On this basis we can assume that a minimum of six titles were produced.
As with the similarly formatted "Wonders of the World" series, the British artist/illustrator Charles Edwin Montford (1891-1975) seems to have been the main contributor of the artwork.
