Produced c1958, this finely illustrated painting shows five scenes of famous beauty spots from around the British Isles, set around a central representation of the four national flower emblems, England's red rose, Scotland's thistle, Wales' daffodil and Northern Ireland's shamrock. Locations shown are Conway Castle (Wales), Loch Lomond (Scotland), Polperro, Cornwall (England), Dundrum Castle, Co. Down (Northern Ireland) and Knaresbourough, Yorkshire (England).
