Unnumbered - Battle of the Nile, The

A depiction by the artist Frank Simpson of the Battle of the Nile which took place on 1st August 1798.

The puzzle has no number but is one of the "Great Battle" series of puzzles containing a pamphlet written by the Rt Hon Winston Churchill titled "Four Great Battles of British History". It is thought to have been first issued in 1938 to coincide with the 140th anniversary of this famous battle and packed in a red box.

The example illustrated appears to be a later version packed in a standard red and yellow "Giant" box without the special pamphlet.
