Mediterranean Flower Market (Outdoor)

Huge and very colourful 2000 piece interlocking plywood puzzle with 120 whimsies/figural shaped pieces and carrying an artist signature Saron, about whom little seems to be known. Any help in making a fuller identification gratefully received.
This is one of the more recent examples of Gold Box artistic puzzles, manufactured after Victory's takeover by J.W. Spear & Sons in 1970.
