Art Moderne

Examples of Art Moderne puzzles from Vera Puzzle are very scarce, probably due to their higher cost in comparison with the more abundant Royal and Rex ranges. They featured fine art prints and were supplied in very striking gold foil-covered boxes sealed with a black ribbon.
Understood to have been introduced in 1961, they were cut to an exceptionally high standard with plentiful use of the push-fit and colour line-cutting styles, whilst still featuring Vera's traditional interlocking border pieces.
