Portrait of a Girl

Very finely cut push-fit, or non-interlocking plywood puzzle of unknown origin, but which features a portrait painting by the Italian Renaissance artist Peiro del Pollaiuolo (c.1441-1496), entitled Portrait of a Girl, which is displayed in the Museo Poldi Pezzoli, Milano.
The puzzle has been very accurately line-cut around the main subject, as well as around the hemlines of her dress. In many cases, the cut-lines of facial-study puzzles such as this look horribly out of place but this cutting, along with it's many directional changes has been very sympathetically carried out.
