Upper Pool, The

100-piece, non-interlocking plywood puzzle of c1920-30 manufacture. It features a very busy scene on London's River Thames, with a plethora of ships of various type and size with Tower Bridge in the background. The painting is by the British maritime artist Charles Edward Dixon R.I. (1872-1934).

The puzzle includes sixteen figural shapes, or whimsies.
