Parsifal

Huge wooden jigsaw puzzle belonging to AVN Jones' Delta Fine Cut range and featuring an unidentified artist's portrayal of a scene from Richard Wagner's 1882 opera Parsifal.
The jigsaw itself is thought to be of c1930's manufacture, featuring the brand's familiar fully-interlocking cutting style. The label identifies it as being from the Holy Grail series, although this Gamage's booklet promoting the brand, only identifies this puzzle under that Holy Grail heading, so it would appear to be a series of only one.
