Untitled-Thames at Richmond

500+ piece, semi-interlocking plywood jigsaw puzzle, housed in a hinge-lidded Rowntree's chocolate box but thought to be of c1915-1920 origin and probably by the British W.G. Evans brand. The fine quality print features a painting by British artist Arthur Gordon, dated 1901 by his signature. I have identified the scene as being of the River Thames and Richmond Bridge, with the top of Tower House helping to confirm this.

A second unboxed copy has been found, which retains a fragment of its original label. The print has been cropped slightly differently to the first copy. This copy is 500pc, 24.5x15.5in, with the same cutting style. (Jigsaw belonging to Geof Rushworth.)
